By selecting our 'See it, love it, then pay!' payment option, you agree to the following terms:

1. Authorization of Payment Method
You authorize Welham & Co to securely store your payment method details for the purpose of processing payment for your order.

2. Automatic Payment
Your payment method will be automatically charged only after you have approved the artwork proof (preview) provided by Welham & Co.

3. Cancellation Before Artwork Proof
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the artwork proof is sent. If you choose to cancel before the proof is provided, your payment method will not be charged.

4. Cancellation After Artwork Proof
You may cancel your order after viewing the artwork proof. However, once you approve the proof and we commence production of your custom portrait, you will be subject to our returns policy for any cancellation or refund requests.

5. Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after approving the artwork proof and production has commenced, please refer to our refund policy for further details on whether your order is eligible for a refund. Please note that due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we don't offer returns or exchanges.
